Role Overview :
As the Director of Engineering, you will be responsible for leading and scaling our engineering teams in Jaipur and Udaipur. You will drive the technical vision, strategy, and execution for our product development initiatives. This role involves collaborating closely with product management, architecture, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality, scalable, and reliable software solutions that meet the evolving needs of our customers and contribute directly to the company’s growth and success.
Key Responsibilities :
– Define and implement the overall engineering strategy, aligning it with the company’s business objectives.
– Lead, mentor, and grow a team of talented engineers, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
– Oversee the design, development, and deployment of high-quality software solutions, ensuring adherence to industry best practices and coding standards.
– Drive the adoption of new technologies and methodologies to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the engineering team.
– Collaborate with product management to define product roadmaps and prioritize features based on customer needs and market opportunities.
– Ensure the scalability, reliability, and security of our software platforms.
– Manage the engineering budget and resources effectively.
– Act as a Technical Architect and Solution Architect, providing guidance and expertise on complex technical challenges.
Required Skillset :
– Demonstrated ability to lead and manage large engineering teams, fostering a high-performance culture.
– Proven expertise in Software Development methodologies, including Agile and DevOps.
– Deep understanding of system architecture, design patterns, and data structures.
– Strong proficiency in Full Stack development technologies, including but not limited to Java, Python, JavaScript, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
– Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
– Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
– Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
