Job Description

What You’ll Be Doing

• Template Design: Create a clean, scalable, and visually compelling UI template from scratch based on a minimal brief.
• Interactive Prototyping: Build out the “how it works” logic using Figma’s advanced prototyping features to showcase user journeys and transitions.
• Stakeholder Alignment: Deliver a polished, easy-to-navigate prototype that allows departmental stakeholders to clearly visualize the final product’s functionality.

What We’re Looking For

• Figma Mastery: This is non-negotiable. You live and breathe Figma, components, auto-layout, and interactive prototyping.
• Rapid Prototyping Skills: Ability to conceptualize how a template functions and translate that into a working digital model quickly.
• Public Sector Savvy: Prior experience working with government design systems or departments (specifically transport or planning) is a massive bonus.
• Autonomy: You are comfortable working with minimal initial information, asking the right questions, and driving the design forward.
