Job Description
About You
- Demonstrated experience in an IT support role, or equivalent transferable experience with evidence of self-directed learning.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint) and Windows 11.
- Familiarity with service desk tooling (any ITSM tool) and a structured approach to tickets.
- Customer-service orientation — patient, respectful and clear communication.
- Commitment to cultural safety and understanding of the ACCO operating context.
- Current Working with Children Check and satisfactory National Police Check, or willingness to obtain.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to Wathaurong sites.
- Ability to demonstrate resilience and meet targets and objectives within a pressured environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a high level of accuracy and financial literacy
Desirable
- Experience with Entra ID, Intune-enrolled devices, or Microsoft Defender for Endpoint.
- Experience with Jira Service Management and Confluence.
- Certification in an IT support pathway (for example CompTIA A+, MS-900, MD-102).
- Identify as Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander.
- Demonstrated experience working with Aboriginal Community Controlled Organisations.
