Job Description

Responsibilities:

1. Sales Team Leadership:

– Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.

– Provide coaching, guidance, and training to team members.

– Monitor individual and team performance and provide constructive feedback.

2. Sales Strategy:

– Develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics to maximise revenue.

– Analyse market trends and competition to identify growth opportunities.

– Collaborate with senior management to set sales goals and objectives.

3. Customer Relationship Management:

– Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients.

– Ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction.

– Address customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

4. Sales Operations:

– Oversee the sales process from lead generation to closing deals.

– Monitor and manage sales pipelines and forecasts.

– Ensure accurate and timely sales reporting and documentation.

5. Product Knowledge:

– Stay updated on YOFC’s product offerings and industry trends.

– Provide product knowledge training to the sales team.

– Assist in product development and improvement based on customer feedback.

6. Budget Management:

– Develop and manage the sales department budget effectively.

– Monitor expenses and ensure cost efficiency.

Qualifications:

– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or related field (MBA preferred).

– Proven experience in sales management, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

– Knowledge of Thailand’s TISI certification and experience with the product approval process will be considered a strong advantage

– Strong Telecommunication Industry knowledge is required, with familiarity with optical fibre cables and their integrated solutions

– Strong leadership and team management skills.

– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

– Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.

– Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
