Job Description
The Role:
As a Desktop Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting for desktop systems and applications. You will work closely with end-users to resolve issues and ensure smooth operation of IT services.
- Provide first-line support for desktop hardware and software issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems related to operating systems and applications.
- Assist in the setup and configuration of new desktop systems.
- Maintain and update documentation related to support processes.
- Collaborate with IT teams to enhance user experience and system performance.
Team Structure: You will be part of a dynamic IT support team, collaborating with other engineers and support staff to deliver exceptional service.
