Associate ServiceNow Developer Software Engineer

Job Description

The organisation is continuing to invest in its enterprise technology platforms, including ServiceNow, to better support a wide range of business functions and critical processes. The ServiceNow Developer will help develop and administer several new custom applications and maintain existing solutions.

Your new role

• Developing and maintaining solutions along with administration across the ServiceNow platform
• Addressing issues raised by business end-users
• Providing expertise and design guidance to business areas
• Review business requirements and provide feedback and guidance on solution design and implementation
• Working with SME/BA’s/Testers and other developers to ensure consistent and quality product output.
• Communicating effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Contributing to documentation and knowledge sharing to support sustainable, well-supported solutions

What you’ll need to succeed

• MUST be an Australian Citizen and have the ability to obtain Baseline Clearance
• Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer, including development and platform administration
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow modules such as ITSM and/or custom application development
• Ability to interpret business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Experience working with cross-functional teams including BAs, testers, and other developers
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to address user issues effectively
• Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• A collaborative approach and focus on delivering high-quality outcomes
