Creative Lead

Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Build product mockups and visual assets for artist releases
• Design and maintain Shopify storefronts and product pages, ensuring brand consistency and visual excellence
• Create compelling ad creatives for paid and organic campaigns (static required; motion is a plus)
• Develop graphics and promotional assets for email campaigns and launch materials Prepare and deliver accurate, press-ready print files for merchandise and fine art prints, including correct sizing, bleed, trim, and production specs
• Develop and maintain brand guides, templates, asset libraries, and internal creative systems Maintain branding and visual consistency across all artist stores and materials
• Manage asset delivery timelines to meet release dates
• Continuously improve creative workflows, file organization, and handoffs as the company scales

Requirements:

• 4+ years of professional design experience, ideally in e-commerce, DTC, brand, or agency environments
• Portfolio required with application, showing strong digital design, e-commerce/storefront work, brand systems, ad creative, and/or print production
• Outstanding graphic design skills across digital and print
• Highly proficient in Adobe Creative Suite
• Comfortable with Shopify, including building product pages, maintaining storefront visuals, and light theme editing; HTML/CSS or Liquid experience is a plus
• Strong understanding of print production, including press-ready file prep, bleed/trim, file organization, and proofing workflows
• Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines without compromising quality Self-starter who works well independently, takes initiative, and communicates clearly
• Strong taste and brand judgment; you understand what elevates good to great
• Experience with e-commerce, DTC ad creative, artist merchandise, or creator-led brands is a plus
• Motion design or video editing skills are a plus
• This role may be remote or hybrid, with availability during Pacific Time business hours and occasional travel
