Key responsibilities
- Coordinating service jobs and supporting the service engineers
- Scheduling, tracking, and following up service requests
- Maintaining and updating CRM records
- Assisting with documentation, reports, and general office administration
- Liaising with internal teams and customers to ensure smooth operations
- Providing day-to-day admin support to the service and operations teams
About you
- Previous experience as a Service Coordinator or Administrator is a must
- A background in manufacturing, laboratory instruments, engineering, or a technical service environment is ideal but not essential
- Strong CRM system experience is a must
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Confident communicator who enjoys working as part of a team
