Your new role

• Coordinate and manage manual testing activities across Power Platform and Power BI solutions.
• Develop, maintain, and execute detailed test cases, test scenarios, and test plans.
• Perform functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing across Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI environments.
• Work closely with business analysts, developers, project managers, and business stakeholders to ensure requirements are testable and validated.
• Manage and track defects through to resolution using Jira.
• Facilitate testing cycles, test execution reporting, and status updates to project stakeholders.
• Validate data accuracy, reporting outputs, workflows, and business processes across Microsoft platforms.
• Support release activities, deployment validation, and post-implementation testing.
• Ensure testing documentation, evidence, and reporting are maintained to enterprise standards.
• Assist in identifying testing risks, dependencies, and gaps throughout project delivery

What you’ll need to succeed

Essential Skills & Experience

• Proven experience in a Testing Coordinator or Senior Manual Tester role.
• Strong hands-on manual testing experience across:
• Microsoft Power Platform, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI
• Experience coordinating testing activities across multiple stakeholders and project streams.
• Strong experience using Jira for defect management, test tracking, and reporting.
• Ability to create clear and structured test plans, test cases, test scripts, and test execution reports.
• Solid understanding of SDLC, testing methodologies, and defect life cycle management.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
• Experience working within enterprise Microsoft-centric environments.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and work effectively within fast-paced delivery teams.
• Desirable Experience
• Exposure to Azure or broader Microsoft cloud technologies.
• Experience supporting UAT coordination and business stakeholder engagement.
• Previous experience in consulting, government, or enterprise transformation programs
