Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Brand Design & Visual Identity

  • Lead design across social, digital, print, OOH, event, and in-club environments, holding a high bar for craft and consistency
  • Evolve and apply the Revo visual identity across all touchpoints with a consistent, considered point of view
  • Design signage, environmental graphics, in-club materials, EDMs, blogs, and campaign collateral across new and existing clubs
  • Own and evolve the Revo brand guidelines, ensuring consistent application across all outputs including signage, decks, reports, and internal communication

Campaign Execution

  • Drive creative execution across multiple touchpoints — EDMs, digital, OOH, and in-gym, adapting intelligently for each format
  • Lead visual campaign work from brief through to final delivery across all media types
  • Lead briefs and reviews with agency partners, providing design-informed feedback that keeps work on-brand and on-brief.
  • Liaise with the marketing agency and assist in the vision and execution of campaign strategy

Animation, Video & Photography

  • Concept, direct, shoot, and edit photography and video content in line with brand creative direction
  • Produce animation for digital creative assets, from simple transitions to considered, brand-led motion, integrating seamlessly with video and social content.

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • 6+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer within a design or marketing team, with a strong portfolio spanning digital, animation, and print.
  • Proven ability to lead projects from concept through to execution across multiple channels and formats.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite — Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign — with experience in Premiere Pro and/or After Effects.
  • Ability to concept and deliver animation that adds depth and energy to the brand, from simple transitions to considered, brand-led motion.
  • Confident shooting and editing photography and video for digital use, with the ability to integrate animation into content seamlessly.
  • Strong understanding of typography, layout, and design principles with a keen eye for brand consistency.
  • Proficient in Figma or similar, with a solid grasp of UX principles, UI design, and developer handoff.
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines without compromising on quality.
  • A genuine love for design and a drive to bring bold, compelling ideas to life.
