Digital Designer (AI & Figma)
Job Description
About the Role
We are looking for a freelance mid-level graphic designer to support ongoing creative needs across digital and print channels. This role requires a strong balance between creative thinking and technical execution, with a particular focus on leveraging AI tools to generate high-quality visuals and scalable design assets.
The ideal candidate is highly autonomous, with a strong sense of ownership and task management, and is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
- Create high-quality visual assets for digital campaigns, social media, and marketing materials
- Develop AI-generated graphics and visuals, including 3D, lifestyle and illustrations
- Work within and expand existing design systems and libraries using Figma
- Build, manage, and maintain components and libraries in Figma
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver creative solutions aligned with brand guidelines
- Prepare files for print production when required
- Ensure consistency and quality across all deliverables
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in graphic design (agency or in-house)
- Strong proficiency in written and spoken English
- Advanced experience using AI tools for visual creation
- High proficiency in Figma, including components and variants
- Design systems management
- Plugin usage and workflow optimization
- Strong understanding of layout, typography, and visual hierarchy
- Ability to work independently and manage deadlines in a freelance setup
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of print production and file preparation
- Experience in crypto/Web3, exchanges, fintech, neo-banking, or similar industries
- Experience working with marketing or performance-driven creative
- Familiarity with motion design or video editing
