Roles & Responsibilities

Job Summary

We are looking for a growth-oriented UI/UX Designer to optimize the user experience and conversion performance of our e-commerce websites.

This role focuses on improving website structure, user journeys, and key conversion pages based on user behavior, business goals, and data insights. You will work on Shopify-based websites, including landing pages, product pages, homepages, and shopping flows, while collaborating closely with marketing and operations to drive continuous website improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Optimize UI/UX across the brand’s e-commerce website, including Homepage, Product Detail Pages (PDP), Collection Pages, Landing Pages, Cart, and shopping flows.
  • Analyze website performance and user behavior using GA4, Shopify analytics, heatmaps, session recordings, and landing page data.
  • Identify conversion opportunities and propose UI/UX improvements based on user insights, competitor research, and business goals.
  • Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma.
  • Build and update selected pages using Shopify Theme Editor, PageFly, or similar page-building tools.
  • Plan and support A/B testing initiatives, including test setup, page variations, and result analysis.
  • Maintain and prioritize a CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) backlog based on business impact and implementation effort.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, operations, developers, and external partners to improve website performance and user experience.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in UI/UX design, product design, growth design, e-commerce design, or related fields.
  • Experience designing websites, landing pages, e-commerce pages, or conversion-focused digital experiences.
  • Proficient in Figma with strong understanding of information architecture, interaction design, and visual design principles.
  • Strong awareness of key e-commerce metrics such as CVR, CTR, ATC, Bounce Rate, and A/B testing concepts.
  • Able to design with both user experience and business objectives in mind.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Shopify, DTC brands, independent websites, or cross-border e-commerce businesses.
  • Experience optimizing product detail pages, advertising landing pages, or high-conversion web pages.
  • Hands-on experience with A/B testing or growth experimentation projects.
  • Familiarity with Western market design aesthetics and website design.
  • Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and ability to communicate effectively with frontend developers.
