Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimise the backend logic of the company’s internal systems
• Build and maintain the efficiency engineering platform, improving business quality and productivity through tooling and process improvements
• Collaborate closely with product managers and QA to ensure product quality and development velocity
• Continuously refactor and optimise internal system architecture to improve stability and scalability

Qualifications

• 3+ years of backend development experience, or a strong fresh graduate
• Proficient in at least one backend language and its common frameworks — Golang, Java, Python, or PHP
• Familiar with both relational and non-relational databases
• Detail-oriented and technically driven, with strong communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and solid problem-solving ability
