Senior Designer

Job Description

POSITION OVERVIEW

The Senior Designer is responsible for delivering high-quality creative work across retail, experiential, BTL and digital projects.

This role is hands-on and suited to someone who can confidently take projects from concept through to final delivery while helping elevate the wider design team through mentorship and collaboration. You will work closely with the Design Director, account service team and creative team to deliver strategically strong, visually compelling work that is on-brand, on-brief and production-ready.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Creative & Design

· Lead design development from concept through to final execution.

· Deliver high-quality creative across retail, experiential, BTL and digital outputs.

· Ensure all work is on-brand, strategically aligned and executed to a high standard.

· Maintain strong attention to detail across layout, typography and artwork.

Concepting & Problem Solving

· Contribute to concept ideation and creative development.

· Translate briefs into clear, compelling design solutions.

· Bring fresh thinking and creative problem-solving to projects.

Leadership & Collaboration

· Mentor and support junior and midweight designers.

· Collaborate closely with account management and creative teams.

· Present work internally and contribute to client-facing discussions where required.

Ownership & Process

· Take ownership of allocated projects, timelines and deliverables.

· Ensure files and artwork are organised, accurate and production-ready.

· Help improve workflows, processes and creative standards across the team.
