Responsibilities
Brand Strategy & Positioning
- Define and own the brand’s positioning, tone of voice, and narrative framework across all markets and platforms
- Develop quarterly and annual brand themes aligned with business goals
- Ensure brand consistency and differentiation against competitors in the Web3 ecosystem
- Build and maintain brand guidelines, content pillars, and storytelling playbooks
Social Media & Content
- Develop and execute social media strategies tailored to the blockchain and crypto industry
- Manage and grow company presence across X (Twitter), Telegram, XHS, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Instagram
- Create and oversee engaging content including educational posts, announcements, campaign materials, and community updates
- Plan and support token launches, NFT drops, partnerships, and community events
Community & Moderation
- Lead community engagement efforts — responding to inquiries, moderating discussions, and maintaining a positive brand presence
- Monitor market sentiment, industry trends, and competitor activity within the Web3 space
- Build authentic relationships with followers, KOLs, and community members
Creative Collaboration
- Communicate effectively with UI/UX designers, graphic designers, and video editors to brief and guide visual content production
- Review and provide feedback on design assets, short-form videos, and campaign visuals to ensure brand alignment
- Familiarity with design and video tools (e.g. Figma, Canva, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, CapCut, After Effects) is a strong advantage — you don’t need to produce everything, but you need to speak the language
Research, Analytics & Optimization
- Conduct market and competitor research to identify brand white space and growth opportunities
- Track, analyze, and report on performance metrics across all platforms
- Translate data insights into actionable strategy improvements
Requirements & Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in branding, social media management, or creative strategy
- Solid understanding of blockchain, cryptocurrencies, DeFi, NFTs, and Web3 culture
- Strong written communication skills with the ability to simplify complex topics for diverse audiences
- Experience working with or briefing creative teams (UI/UX, graphic design, video production)
- Working knowledge of design and video tools — enough to communicate effectively and review outputs (Figma, Canva, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, CapCut, After Effects)
- Proficiency with social media analytics and management tools (e.g. Meta Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, TikTok Creator Tools)
- Chinese proficiency is a MUST due to targeted market requirements
- Comfortable working independently in a remote, fast-paced, and time-sensitive environment
- Willingness to travel for conferences, events, and partnership engagements when needed
