Job Description

Responsibilities

Creative Strategy & Content Execution

  • Campaign Development: Develop creative strategies and provide innovative concepts and designs for internal and external marketing campaigns.
  • Multimedia Production: Execute high-quality design and content across multiple mediums, including print materials, video content, social media assets, and electronic direct mailers (eDMs).
  • Asset Creation: Assist in presenting cohesive and persuasive rationales for creative approaches, executing elements like page layouts, presentation designs, custom icons, photo editing, and motion videos.

Collaboration & Data Visualization

  • Data Translation: Work closely with cross-functional teams to visually explain complex data findings and technical insights in an easy-to-understand format.
  • Storyboarding: Storyboard and clearly communicate creative concepts and ideas to team members and stakeholders.

Research & Administrative Support

  • Market Insights: Conduct relevant industry research and produce comprehensive reports to inform creative directions.
  • Team Support: Assist with general marketing initiatives and administrative tasks as needed to support team operations.

Job Requirements

Education & Experience

  • Qualifications: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, or a related field.
  • Experience: Proven experience in visual design, video editing, videography, and photography.
