Job Description
Responsibilities
1. Develop creative and meaningful visual assets for digital and print use
2. Design social media content, campaign materials and marketing collaterals
3. Create presentation decks, pitch materials and branded corporate documents
4. Produce event related visuals such as backdrops, signages, e-invites, certificates and booth graphics
5. Support branding work including logo applications, key visuals and brand collaterals
6. Interpret briefs clearly and translate them into effective visual communication
7. Ensure all designs are aligned with the brand, message and intended audience
8. Revise and refine artwork based on feedback from clients and internal stakeholders
9. Prepare final artwork files accurately for production or publishing
10. Manage multiple projects and timelines in a fast paced agency environment
Requirements
1. At least 3 years of relevant working experience in graphic design
2. Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign
3. Strong understanding of layout, typography, composition and visual hierarchy
4. Able to create work that is both visually strong and strategically effective
5. Good communication skills and able to work well with both internal and external stakeholders
6. Detail oriented, organised and able to manage multiple deadlines
7. Able to take direction well while also contributing ideas proactively
8. Experience in an agency environment is an advantage
9. Motion graphics or basic video editing skills are a plus
