Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Design visually compelling graphics, digital assets, and creative content for marketing campaigns, social media, branding, and product promotions.
  • Produce high-quality static and motion content for platforms including Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), YouTube, and other digital channels.
  • Create engaging motion graphics, GIFs, short-form animations, and basic video edits to support social media and marketing initiatives.
  • Develop creative concepts and execute designs that align with AIRSCREAM GROUP’s brand identity, tone, and marketing objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing, branding, and content teams to deliver impactful visual campaigns.
  • Ensure consistency across all creative materials while maintaining high design standards and attention to detail.
  • Stay updated with current design trends, social media content trends, platform updates, and emerging creative technologies.
  • Support campaign ideation, product launches, seasonal promotions, and creative storytelling initiatives.
  • Participate in creative brainstorming sessions and contribute fresh, innovative design ideas.
  • Manage multiple projects and timelines effectively in a fast-moving environment.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia Design, or related field.
  • Minimum 3-4 years of experience in graphic design, creative design, or social media content design.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing branding, social media creatives, digital visual assets, and motion graphic work materials.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Adobe Photoshop , Adobe Illustrator, Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premiere Pro (basic video editing skills preferred).
  • Knowledge and hands-on experience in Motion graphics, Basic animation and Video editing for social media content and Typography, layout, and branding design
  • Strong understanding of social media aesthetics, digital storytelling, and platform-specific content trends.
  • Creative thinker with strong visual communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Passion for branding, lifestyle culture, and creative marketing
