Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Conceptualize and design visually compelling content across digital and print platforms (website,
social media, new products development, marketing campaigns, branding initiatives). - Develop original design concepts including graphics, layouts, and visual assets (packaging) that

branding initiatives) - Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, product, and out-sourced agencies) to
deliver cohesive design solutions. - Create visual merchandising materials such as in-store displays, signage, and promotional visuals to
enhance customer experience. - Ensure consistency of brand guidelines across all visual outputs.
- Stay updated on design trends, tools, and technologies to bring fresh ideas into projects.
- Translate business objectives into engaging visual storytelling that resonates with target audiences.
General Responsibilities:
Assist Marketing Manager in visual creation, video and graphic editing for digital marketing usage
- Create visuals for product promotional plan via point-of-sale materials
- Able to recommend reasonable solutions to gain more consumer engagement and brand awareness
- Qualifications:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia Design, or related field.
- Experience: 2–4 years of professional design experience (visual design, merchandising, or creative design roles)
