Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute creative designs aligned with brand guidelines (C.I.) across all channels
  • Design marketing materials including in-store visuals, POSM, window displays, and campaign assets
  • Create digital content for social media, e-commerce platforms, and online ads
  • Support retail activations, store openings, and promotional campaigns with visual direction
  • Work closely with marketing, VM, and operations teams to ensure consistency across all touchpoints
  • Adapt and localize regional/global creative assets for the Malaysia market
  • Liaise with vendors, printers, and suppliers to ensure quality output and timely delivery
  • Manage multiple projects and timelines efficiently

Requirements

  • Diploma / Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in graphic design (retail / sports lifestyle / fashion industry preferred)
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Basic knowledge of video editing / motion graphics is an advantage (After Effects / Premiere Pro). Experience with 3D / mock-up tools is a plus
  • Understanding of branding consistency, visual storytelling, layout, typography, and color.
  • Experience in retail design, POSM, and store visuals is highly preferred
  • Good time management and meet deadlines.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Knowledge of printing materials and production processes
  • Preferably someone who is able to speak Mandarin to liaise with China principle.
