Job Description
Responsibilities
- Design creative and engaging visual content for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Create posts, stories, reels covers, banners, and digital ads
- Collaborate with social media managers and content creators to align visuals with content strategy
- Ensure all designs are consistent with brand guidelines and campaign objectives
- Adapt designs to different formats, platforms, and posting requirements
- Support marketing campaigns with promotional visuals
- Stay updated with current design and social media trends
- Manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines efficiently
- Revise designs based on feedback from managers and stakeholders
Requirements & Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Visual Communication, or related field
- Proven experience in graphic design or social media design
- Strong portfolio showcasing social media and digital content
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator; After Effects or Premiere Pro is a plus)
- Good understanding of social media platforms and content formats
- Strong sense of layout, typography, color, and branding
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
- Good communication and time-management skills
Added Advantage
- Experience with motion graphics or short-form video content
- Familiarity with Canva, CapCut, Figma, or similar tools
- Experience working with photographers, videographers, or influencers
- Background in marketing, branding, or agency work
