Job Description
Responsibilities
- To assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across digital and online platforms.
- To design a variety of marketing materials including social media visuals, EDMs and promotional assets.
- To produce and edit short videos for online platforms, events and marketing purpose.
- To manage content creation and scheduling for social media accounts.
- To collaborate with the team to brainstorm and contribute creative ideas for promotional campaigns and events.
- To stay informed on digital trends, design innovations and competitor activity.
- To support in events, property launches and roadshows including preparation of visual and promo materials.
- To coordinate with internal departments and external vendors to ensure smooth execution of marketing activities.
Qualification:
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing / Business / Mass Communication / Graphic Design or a related field.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects) or Canva and video editing tools.
- Good knowledge of social media platforms(Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc) and current digital trends.
- Strong creative thinking with the ability to develop trendy and engaging content.
- Strong proficiency In English (spoken and written); Mandarin is an added advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work and grow well in a team.
- Able to work independently with strong entitative, a fast learner and proactive mindset.
- Able to multitask and meet deadline in fast-paced environment.
- A personal portfolio (design and/or video) is an added advantage.
