Job Description

Responsibilities

• Create high-quality visual designs for websites, digital platforms, and print materials, such as posters, flyers, vouchers, and product packaging.
• Collaborate closely with various divisions to understand design needs and produce artwork that aligns with project objectives and branding standards.
• Maintain and develop the corporate identity, ensuring consistency across all design outputs.
• Design and produce multimedia content (e.g., video, animations) using tools like After Effects and Premiere Pro.
• Develop engaging marketing materials for campaigns, advertisements, and promotions.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery while maintaining high standards of creativity and quality.
• Solve design problems, aligning creativity with business goals.
• Present design concepts effectively to management and incorporate feedback to refine and improve deliverables.
• Ensure all designs meet the highest standards before final approval and delivery.

Job Requirements

• Education: Diploma or Degree in Art/Design/Creative Multimedia or an equivalent qualification.
• Experience: 1-3 years of professional experience in graphic or multimedia design, or a related field.
• Skills:
  • Proficiency in industry-standard design software (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat DC, After Effects, Premiere Pro, Flash, Dreamweaver, Microsoft Office).
  • Strong visual concept creation, layout design, photography, and illustration skills.
  • Ability to create innovative designs that align with brand identity and marketing objectives.
  • Excellent multitasking abilities to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with a strong desire for growth.
  • With HTML experience will be additional advantages.
