Job Description
Responsibilities
- Hands-on execution and optimization of all marketing channels and activities (organic & paid), including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Telegram, Google, YouTube, TikTok, and website content. This includes creating engaging content and monitoring campaign performance.
- Engage with Influencers/KOLs when required.
- Conduct research on competitors’ activities, AI trends, new technologies, and digital marketing tools.
- Perform hands-on graphic design and basic video editing.
- Collaborate with the creative team to create marketing materials (posters, videos, and social media content).
- Support research tasks such as competitor analysis and market research.
- Coordinate with suppliers for the production of POSMs and merchandise.
- Assist SEO specialists with SEO-related tasks.
- Support sales presentations and client interactions.
- Assist with various administrative and IT-related tasks when required.
Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in IT, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- 2 to 5 years of relevant working experience is preferred.
- Good command of English and Mandarin is a MUST. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
- MUST be tech-savvy (please do not apply if your computer skills are weak).
- Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Canva AI, or similar platforms
- Able to self-learn and quickly pick up new digital skills and technologies.
- Comfortable dealing with customers and maintaining client relationships.
