Responsibilities
Presentation Design
• Design and format PowerPoint decks for internal and client use, including proposals, reports, and pitch decks
• Translate briefs, raw content, and data into visually engaging and well-structured presentations
• Ensure brand consistency across all presentation materials
• Improve and refine existing slides for better clarity and professionalism
• Support preparation of presentation materials for meetings and client pitches
Social Media & Content Management
• Manage and execute social media posting across key platforms
• Write engaging captions aligned with brand tone and objectives
• Schedule and publish content according to content calendars
• Coordinate with internal teams to gather materials for posting
• Monitor basic engagement metrics and identify trends or issues
Content & Design Support
• Create simple visuals using Canva, Adobe tools, stock images, and AI-generated assets
• Adapt campaign ideas into social media and marketing materials
• Maintain consistency in messaging, tone, and visual identity
• Support design needs for both internal and external marketing materials
Case Studies & Marketing Collaterals
• Develop client case studies by consolidating campaign insights and results
• Convert performance data into clear marketing narratives
• Design case study decks, one-pagers, and supporting marketing materials
• Work closely with internal teams to gather and validate campaign information
Operational Support
• Organize and maintain content libraries and design assets
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of materials
• Handle ad-hoc marketing, content, and design-related tasks
Lead Generation & Portal Management
• Manage lead generation activities across assigned portals
• Monitor lead quality, follow-ups, and conversion performance
