Job Description

Responsibilities

● Design high-performing paid media creatives across static, motion, and video formats
● Create ad assets for platforms such as Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Google Display, and other paid
channels
● Develop creative concepts for customer acquisition, retargeting, product launches, promotions,
and seasonal campaigns
● Edit short-form videos for paid social using existing footage, UGC, motion graphics, and
AI-assisted tools
● Produce static ad variations for testing different hooks, messages, offers, and formats
● Work closely with the paid media team to understand performance insights and translate them into
better creative output
● Support creative testing by developing multiple variations of winning concepts
● Ensure all assets are delivered in the correct sizes, formats, and specifications for each platform
● Help evolve and maintain a library of creative templates, design systems, and reusable ad
components
● Use AI tools where appropriate to support ideation, production speed, and creative iteration
● Stay up to date with creative trends, platform best practices, competitor ads, and new content
formats
