Responsibilities
- Lead Creative Output: Deliver end-to-end brand identities and integrated marketing campaigns for multiple concurrent projects.
- Concept-First Design: Create work that is rooted in strategy, ensuring every visual element serves a specific project goal.
- Storytelling & Narrative: Use high-level design craft to translate brand stories into compelling visual experiences.
- Multidisciplinary Collaboration: Work in tight-knit squads with copywriters, producers, and developers to bring ideas to life.
- Communication: Present designs and rationale confidently to internal teams and clients alike.
- Quality Control: Maintain an uncompromisingly high bar for execution and attention to detail.
- Dynamic Workflow: Respond to feedback with speed and precision, iterating on designs to reach the best possible outcome.
Qualifications and Job Requirements
- Strong portfolio demonstrating brand and marketing design work
- Experience in an agency or consultancy environment (or equivalent level of craft)Excellent foundation in:
- Visual design;
- Branding and identity;
- Art direction;
- Typography and layout;
- Ability to translate concepts into high-quality visual executions;
- Strong communication and presentation skills;
- Experience working as an individual contributor in collaborative teams.
