Your new role
In this role, you will provide frontline IT and technical support, assisting users with a range of system and access-related queries. You will be responsible for troubleshooting issues, managing requests, and maintaining system performance within a secure environment.

What you’ll need to succeed To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • An active Baseline Security Clearance (essential)
  • Prior experience in a Helpdesk, IT Support, or Service Desk role
  • Relevant qualifications or demonstrated experience in IT and/or Cybersecurity
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
  • The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, secure environment
