Your new role

In this exciting new role, you will be:

• Leading and mentoring a small internal IT team, including 2 direct reports.
• Overseeing IT infrastructure including networks, servers, systems, and hardware.
• Managing the relationship with an external MSP, ensuring service delivery and performance.
• Driving IT strategy and aligning technology initiatives with business objectives.
• Leading key projects across areas such as Power BI, cybersecurity, and HRIS implementation.
• Maintaining and improving IT systems, ensuring reliability, scalability, and security.
• Collaborating with stakeholders to define requirements and deliver technology solutions.
• Managing IT policies, procedures, reporting and governance.

What you’ll need to succeed

To be successful in your application, you will need:

• Proven experience as an IT Manager within a corporate or professional environment (e.g. construction, legal, accounting, manufacturing).
• Strong technical skill set across M365, Windows environments, networks, servers, and end-user hardware.
• Experience managing vendors or managed service providers.
• The ability to operate both strategically and hands-on in a lean IT environment.
• Experience delivering projects across BI, security, or enterprise platforms is highly regarded.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Relevant tertiary qualifications in IT or a related discipline.
