Junior Frontend Engineer

Job Description

Responsibilities

• Create deliverables addressing common requests within your professional domain, including webpage layouts, UI components, and frontend optimization strategies
• Annotate and evaluate AI-generated frontend code responses across different software engineering scenarios
• Review peer-developed deliverables to enhance AI research quality and consistency
• Diagnose and solve real-world frontend development challenges to improve AI reasoning capabilities
• Assess AI-generated code for responsiveness, accessibility, maintainability, and visual consistency
• Identify bugs, styling inconsistencies, layout issues, or inefficient implementations in AI-generated solutions and provide structured feedback
• Contribute domain expertise to improve AI models focused on frontend development and web technologies

Requirements

• Background in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Web Development, or a related field
• Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive web design principles
• Familiarity with frontend frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue is preferred
• Basic understanding of APIs, state management, and modern development workflows
• Ability to critically evaluate UI layouts, frontend code quality, and user experience
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment
