Junior Frontend Engineer

Job Description

Responsibilities

• Create deliverables addressing common requests within your professional domain, including webpage layouts, responsive components, and styling implementations
• Annotate and evaluate AI-generated HTML and CSS code responses across different frontend development scenarios
• Review peer-developed deliverables to enhance AI research quality and consistency
• Diagnose and solve real-world frontend and UI implementation challenges to improve AI reasoning capabilities
• Assess AI-generated code for responsiveness, accessibility, maintainability, and visual consistency
• Identify bugs, styling inconsistencies, layout issues, or inefficient implementations in AI-generated solutions and provide structured feedback
• Contribute domain expertise to improve AI models focused on frontend development and web technologies

Requirements

• Background in Computer Science, Web Development, Software Engineering, or a related field
• Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and responsive web design principles
• Familiarity with modern frontend workflows and browser compatibility considerations
• Basic understanding of JavaScript and frontend frameworks is a plus
• Ability to critically evaluate UI layouts, styling approaches, and frontend code quality
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment
