Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and legal documents.
- Provide legal advice on business operations, compliance, and regulatory matters.
- Identify legal risks and recommend practical mitigation strategies.
- Support corporate governance, policy development, and compliance processes.
- Assist with intellectual property, data privacy, employment, and commercial law matters.
- Conduct legal research and stay updated on relevant laws and regulations.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders on legal issues.
- Review vendor, client, partnership, and service agreements.
- Maintain confidentiality and ensure accurate legal documentation.
- Support dispute resolution and risk management activities where required.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB/JD) or equivalent legal qualification.
- Strong knowledge of corporate, commercial, and contract law.
- Experience drafting and reviewing legal agreements and compliance documents.
- Excellent legal research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Effective communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines efficiently.
- Familiarity with regulatory and compliance frameworks.
