Job Description

Responsibilities

• Create deliverables addressing common requests within your professional domain
• Annotate and evaluate AI-generated visual content for creativity, composition, style consistency, and artistic quality
• Review peer-developed deliverables to improve AI research quality and consistency
• Assess AI-generated artwork for visual storytelling, color balance, design coherence, and originality
• Identify inconsistencies, low-quality outputs, or weak creative direction in AI-generated visuals and provide structured feedback
• Support workflows involving concept art, illustration, branding assets, digital design, and creative experimentation
• Contribute domain expertise to improve AI systems focused on visual creativity and digital art generation

Requirements

• Background in Digital Art, Graphic Design, Illustration, Fine Arts, Animation, or related creative fields
• Strong understanding of composition, color theory, typography, visual storytelling, and design principles
• Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Procreate, Figma, Blender, or similar creative software
• Experience with concept art, branding, illustration, or digital media production is preferred
• Interest in AI-generated art, creative technologies, and visual experimentation is a plus
• Strong creative thinking and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment
