Your New Role

As a Software Developer (MarTech), you’ll help shape and deliver the digital experiences our members rely on every day. Working across our digital platforms, you’ll combine modern front-end engineering with best-practice delivery frameworks to create scalable, high-quality solutions.
You’ll be part of a collaborative, values-driven technology environment where innovation, continuous improvement, and member outcomes come first.

In this role, you will:

• Design, develop and support digital solutions across our customer-facing platforms
• Build responsive web experiences using modern front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
• Work with contemporary frameworks (React, Vue or Angular) and enterprise CMS platforms (e.g. AEM)
• Contribute across the full SDLC, from solution design through to testing and production support
• Apply DevOps practices and automation to improve delivery speed and quality
• Support BAU activities, including incident resolution, enhancements and releases
• Partner closely with Product Owners, Technology teams and business stakeholders
• Ensure solutions align to IT strategy, architecture, security and change standards
• Contribute to project delivery, roadmap planning and continuous improvement initiatives
• Share knowledge and collaborate to uplift capability across the team

How do you exceed our expectations?

Technical capability

• Strong front-end development skills (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, modern frameworks)
• Experience with responsive design and cross-browser/device development
• Understanding of version control (Git) and software design principles
• Exposure to CMS platforms (AEM preferred)
