Job Description

We are looking for a General IT Support Specialist to provide day-to-day technical support for systems, users, and internal tools. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and able to troubleshoot issues efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
  • Troubleshoot and resolve user access, login, and application problems
  • Install, configure, and update systems, tools, and software
  • Support onboarding and offboarding (accounts, devices, access setup)
  • Monitor and maintain IT systems and equipment
  • Escalate complex technical issues to higher-level support when needed
  • Maintain accurate documentation of issues and resolutions
  • Ensure compliance with IT security policies and procedures

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in IT support or technical helpdesk role
  • Strong knowledge of Windows and/or Mac OS
  • Basic understanding of networking (Wi-Fi, VPN, routers, etc.)
  • Experience with Google Workspace or Microsoft 365
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to explain technical issues in simple terms
  • Good communication skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
