Cloud Security Engineer

Description :

Responsibilities :

– Own and secure cloud infrastructure and internal platforms.

– Design and implement security guardrails across IAM, networking, secrets, encryption, and logging.

– Identify and remediate cloud misconfigurations proactively.

– Perform penetration testing and adversarial security testing on infrastructure, applications, and APIs.

– Integrate security checks into CI/CD pipelines and partner closely with engineering teams.

Requirements :

– 5+ years of experience in cloud or infrastructure security.

– Strong proficiency in AWS, GCP, or Azure security practices.

– Hands-on experience with penetration testing and threat modelling.

– Exposure to securing APIs and cloud-native services.

– Understanding of IAM, encryption, networking, logging, and secrets management.

– Bonus: Experience with SOC 2 HIPAA, or regulated environments.

Preferred Skills :

– Python or Bash scripting for security automation.

– Experience integrating security into CI/CD pipelines.

– Strong understanding of real-world attack paths.

– Ability to work independently with a high ownership mindset.
