Software Engineer II – Production AI

Job Description

Responsibilities

• Own and enhance AI metrics pipelines, improving scalability, reliability, and data quality
• Troubleshoot and resolve pipeline issues, coordinating with internal teams and external vendors
• Extend data pipelines to support new products, use cases, and stakeholders
• Design and build analytics and visualization solutions (e.g., dashboards, reporting tools, data access layers)
• Partner with product, engineering, and AI teams to define and refine meaningful performance metrics
  

Requirements

• 3–5 years of professional software engineering experience or equivalent
• Strong programming skills in Python, TypeScript, or similar languages
• Experience building, maintaining, or operating data pipelines or backend systems
• Experience working with APIs, data processing systems, and debugging production issues
• Familiarity with cloud environments (e.g., AWS, GCP) and modern data tooling
