Senior Systems Engineer

Your new role

• Work across advanced, mission-critical projects delivering complex systems into Defence environments.
• Provide systems engineering expertise across the full life cycle — from requirements through to integration, assurance and certification
• Contribute to design reviews, system architecture, and technical decision-making
• Support testing, verification and validation activities to ensure solutions are fit-for-purpose and operationally effective.
• Collaborate with Defence stakeholders, industry partners and multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated outcomes at pace
• Drive development of key engineering artefacts aligned to Defence standards and compliance frameworks

What you’ll need to succeed

• Background in Systems Engineering within Defence, aerospace, complex engineering environments
• Experience working across requirements, integration, testing and assurance
• Exposure to complex systems-of-systems or multi-domain environments
• Strong understanding of engineering documentation, technical governance and life cycle delivery
• Ability to work in fast-paced, agile delivery environments with multiple stakeholders
