Job Description
The Role:
As a Data Entry Clerk, you will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate and up-to-date records within our organization. You will be responsible for entering, updating, and managing data across various platforms while ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
- Input and update data in databases and systems
- Verify accuracy of data entries
- Maintain organized records and files
- Assist in generating reports as needed
- Collaborate with team members to ensure data consistency
Team Structure: You will work closely with the data management team and report to the Data Manager.
Ideal Profile:
The ideal candidate will possess a keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy. You should be comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience with data entry or administrative tasks
- Familiarity with database management systems
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office
