Job Description

Your new roleThis position supports the development of a major financial document requiring strong technical and document production expertise. This includes:

• Compiling and consolidating budget and financial information from multiple sources into a single, print‑ready publication.
• Formatting and managing a large‑scale document using Adobe InDesign, with a strong focus on text accuracy and layout consistency.
• Working closely with finance and internal stakeholders to ensure content is complete, accurate and presented to required standards.
• Managing document structure, version control and updates throughout the production process.
• Preparing final files suitable for professional printing and digital use within tight deadlines.

What you’ll need to succeed

• Experience producing large, complex print and digital publications, ideally within a government or corporate reporting environment.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work to strict timeframes while maintaining accuracy.
• Demonstrated capability handling confidential or sensitive information.
• Proven experience managing document versions and updates across multiple contributors.
• High level proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Adobe Acrobat, and Microsoft Word.
• Qualifications in Graphic Design. (Required)
• Own PC and creative cloud software licences. (Required)
