About the Role
This is a hands-on role focused on e-commerce website design and optimisation. You will be responsible for managing, designing, and optimising multiple websites and landing pages, ensuring each platform delivers a strong user experience and high conversion outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and design website layouts and user interfaces across multiple e-commerce platforms, based on business and end-user requirements
Consult with internal stakeholders to determine website design objectives, content structure, and functional requirements
Apply UI/UX principles to develop clear navigation structures, improve user flow, and enhance overall user experience
Create and integrate visual elements, including product images, banners, graphics, and multimedia content, to support effective online presentation
Improve page structure, layout, and user flow to support usability and clear navigation
Conduct testing and refinement of web page designs to improve usability, engagement and overall performance
Collaborate with the sales team to refine product presentation and update web content based on product performance
Support campaign-related design updates to improve user engagement and click-through performance
Skills & Experience
Minimum 3 years’ experience in commercial web design
Experience managing or working across multiple websites or product lines (highly regarded)
Degree in Design, IT, or related field (preferred)
Strong understanding of UI/UX and conversion-focused design
Experience with Shopify, WooCommerce, or similar platforms (preferred)
Experience with analytics tools and performance optimization (preferred)
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with frequent product updates
