Job Description

Responsibilities

• Configuration: Assess existing hardware, install software, ensure compatibility with Epic’s requirements, create system category items, and link devices to user accounts
• Ensure all hardware devices are compliant and capable of running the system. This includes inventory checks, deployment of new hardware, and configuration for user readiness.
• Technical Dress Rehearsal (TDR) testing, validating workstations, peripherals, and applications to ensure system readiness before go-live
• Coordinate port patching and network setup, work with infrastructure and network teams to ensure proper connectivity and security compliance
• Enhance workflows, minimize risk, and strong communication with Project Manager and team, provide real-time updates and ensure on-time project execution.
