Engineering Manager – C/C++

Job Description

Key Responsibilities :– Lead, mentor, and grow a team of telecom engineers, driving a high-performance and collaborative culture

– Own end-to-end delivery of telecom engineering projects including network upgrades, deployments, and optimizations

– Design and oversee scalable, secure, and reliable network architectures

– Collaborate with product managers, architects, and cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutions

– Define and drive engineering best practices across development, testing, and deployment lifecycle

– Monitor network performance and proactively identify optimization opportunities

– Ensure high availability and performance of telecom systems and infrastructure

– Manage vendor relationships, technology partners, and procurement processes

– Drive innovation in telecom technologies including next-gen network solutions

Required Skills & Experience :

– Strong experience in leading engineering teams within the telecom domain

– Deep expertise in telecom technologies : 3G, 4G, LTE, 5G, UMTS

– Solid understanding of network architecture, protocols, and telecom infrastructure

– Hands-on experience with C & C++ programming (must-have)

– Experience with dialer systems and telecom integrations

– Proven track record of delivering large-scale, complex engineering projects

– Strong project management and stakeholder management skills

– Excellent communication skills with ability to interact across technical & business teams

– Experience in vendor management and cost optimization
