Key areas you’ll work with

• General site troubleshooting and fixes
• Forms and user workflows
• Membership functionality (access control, payments, pausing memberships)
• Integrations, including:
• HubSpot
• eWAY
• Meta (Facebook) tracking
• Google Analytics
• Advising on feasibility, risks, and trade‑offs for new requests

What we’re looking for
Experience & skills

• Experience maintaining and improving existing websites
• Strong troubleshooting skills and comfort working with existing code
• Experience with forms, integrations, and membership‑style workflows
• Experience with CRMs, payment gateways, and analytics tools
• Ability and willingness to learn less‑common or unfamiliar platforms

Working style

• Comfortable working with non‑technical stakeholders
• Able to explain technical trade‑offs clearly without taking over business decisions
• Pragmatic, budget‑aware, and avoids over‑engineering
• Clear, responsive communicator
• Willing to teach simple tasks where appropriate
