The role

We are seeking an experienced Network Engineer to join our talented team . In this full-time role, you will be responsible for the design, implementation, and maintenance of our complex network infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and configure network hardware and software components, including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points
• Monitor and maintain network performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to optimise network efficiency
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address network-related challenges
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and internal policies regarding network security and data protection
• Document network architecture, configurations, and procedures to maintain accurate records
• Provide technical support and training to end-users as needed
• Stay updated with the latest network technologies and industry trends to recommend and implement improvements

What we’re looking for

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Network Engineer or in a related role.
• Strong technical knowledge in network design, configuration, and troubleshooting, with experience in managing Cisco, Juniper, or equivalent network hardware and software.
• Proficiency in network protocols, such as TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, and VPN.
• Familiarity with network security best practices, including firewall management, intrusion detection, and incident response.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Relevant certifications, such as CCNA, are preferred.
