UI/UX Graphic Designer

Role Overview :

As a UI/UX Graphic Designer at Bridgesoft, you will be instrumental in shaping the visual language and user experience of our digital products. You will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other designers to translate user needs and business requirements into intuitive and engaging interfaces. Your work will directly impact user satisfaction, product adoption, and overall business success.

Key Responsibilities :

– Design visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications, ensuring a consistent brand experience for our users.

– Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and inform design decisions, leading to improved product usability and user satisfaction.

– Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to effectively communicate design ideas and interactions to stakeholders, facilitating clear communication and alignment.

– Develop and maintain design systems and style guides to ensure consistency and scalability across all products, contributing to a unified brand identity.

– Collaborate with developers to ensure the accurate implementation of designs, resulting in high-quality and pixel-perfect user interfaces.

– Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends and technologies, bringing innovative ideas and approaches to the design process, ultimately enhancing our product offerings.

Required Skillset :

– Demonstrated ability to create compelling visual designs and intuitive user interfaces for web and mobile applications.

– Proficiency in using Adobe Creative Cloud suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).

– Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and Javascript fundamentals, enabling effective collaboration with developers.

– Strong understanding of interaction design principles and usability best practices, ensuring a seamless user experience.

– Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively present design ideas and receive constructive feedback.

– Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, UI/UX Design, or a related field.
