IT Security Infrastructure Manager

Job Description

We are a multi-group company operating several e-commerce platforms across four international locations, with a team of approximately 70 employees. We are seeking a hands-on IT Security Infrastructure Manager to take ownership of our full IT environment.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in IT security, infrastructure management, or similar role
• Strong understanding of system architecture, access control, and cybersecurity best practices
• Experience auditing and securing backend systems, user permissions, and communication tools (eg WhatsApp, Telegram)
• Hands-on, proactive approach with the ability to identify and resolve vulnerabilities independently
• Experience in multi-entity or international environments is an advantage
• Strong organizational and documentation skills (policy creation, process definition)
• Ability to work under pressure and take ownership of critical systems
• Fluent in English (additional languages ​​are a plus)
