Job Description

The Role:

The Help Desk Coordinator will be responsible for managing and supporting the help desk operations, ensuring efficient resolution of technical issues and providing excellent customer service.

  • Oversee daily help desk activities and staff management.
  • Coordinate ticketing system and track issue resolution.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance.
  • Develop and maintain help desk documentation.
  • Train and mentor help desk staff.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to improve service delivery.

Ideal Profile:

The ideal candidate will possess a blend of technical and interpersonal skills, along with a strong educational background.

  • Help desk software knowledge.

  • Problem-solving abilities.
  • Effective communication skills.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
