The Role:
The Help Desk Coordinator will be responsible for managing and supporting the help desk operations, ensuring efficient resolution of technical issues and providing excellent customer service.
- Oversee daily help desk activities and staff management.
- Coordinate ticketing system and track issue resolution.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance.
- Develop and maintain help desk documentation.
- Train and mentor help desk staff.
- Collaborate with IT teams to improve service delivery.
Ideal Profile:
The ideal candidate will possess a blend of technical and interpersonal skills, along with a strong educational background.
- Technical support experience.
- Help desk software knowledge.
- Network troubleshooting skills.
- Customer service orientation.
- Problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication skills.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
