AEM Developer

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Lead development of AEM components, templates, dialogs, and workflows
• Design and deliver scalable solutions using AEM 6.5 (Sling, CRX, OSGi, JCR)
• Contribute to backend development (Java) and frontend delivery (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions and provide accurate estimates
• Drive performance optimization and best practice development standards
• Collaborate with architects, developers, and business stakeholders
• Support testing, deployments, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Contribute to sprint planning and Agile delivery processes

About You

• 7+ years in software engineering, including 4–5 years AEM experience
• Strong hands-on experience with AEM 6.5+ (essential)
• Solid backend development skills in Java
• Experience with Sling, CRX, OSGi, JCR
• Frontend capability across HTML, CSS, JavaScript (React/Angular desirable)
• Experience building AEM components using HTL 
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, web architecture, and performance optimization
