Developing and refining 3D models using CAD software such as SolidWorks Creating detailed designs and prototypes based on project requirements Collaborating with engineers to optimise models for manufacturing efficiency Generating CNC laser cutting programs from 3D models Using CAM software (e.g., Bysoft, SolidWorks CAM) to produce machine-ready instructions Your work as a CNC Laser Programmer and 3D Modeler will directly influence the quality and precision of advanced components used across multiple industries in Western Sydney. 

Skills and Qualifications Needed for a CNC Laser Programmer and 3D Modeler
To succeed in this role as a CNC Laser Programmer and 3D Modeler, you’ll need: Demonstrated CAD design expertise Strong skills in CAM and CNC programming Proven ability to collaborate with engineers and production teams Clear communication and attention to detail Australian Permanent Residency or Citizenship (no visa sponsorship available)
